Following the passage of the Outaouais at the orange alert level, here are some important reminders.
Closure of municipal offices until 2:00 p.m. on September 23rd
This closure is necessary because the work will cause a temporary and localized interruption of service.
The cyanobacteria notice at Mountain (Beamish) Lake has now been lifted
However, it is not impossible that they may reappear in the fall.
Investment of $21,800 for the realization of a feasibility study
This investment will be used to conduct a feasibility study for the development of a new trail.
Tabling of a draft By-law on the connection to the network of the centre village
At the regular meeting on September 1, 2010, Municipal Council introduced and tabled the draft By-law Number 1162-20 concerning the connection to the centre village network.

Postponement of Hydro-Québec's work
Hydro-Québec's work originally planned this morning and then postponed to August 26 has finally been postponed indefinitely. The municipal offices will therefore remain open according to the usual schedule.
Draft by-law concerning docks: English version now available
The translation of the draft by-law concerning docks and conditions of occupancy of municipal land bordering the Gatineau River is now available.
Pilot project for laying hens
Due to increasing interest in this activity, Council has decided to launch a pilot project that would bring high-quality eggs—and the hens that lay them—to residential areas.
